I'd like to introduce Pete Pav, who tattoos out of Hold Fast Body Art in Burwood Victoria (Australia). Not only does Pete bust out some rad tattoos, he's also one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet and has some of the gnarliest hair in the tattoo industry.
